 Snapshots from a day on the Eurostar, which began with a pool-clean and a last nostalgic swim -

Pulling out of Gent Sint Pieters I noticed for the first time these chequered red glass squares in the station windows. 

Also unintentionally captured here is a reflection of the socked feet of the Englishwoman opposite who had her legs stretched out on her suitcase

Approaching Bruxelles-Midi the red shapes were echoed in these stacked trains, one grafitti-ed, one clean -

Minutes after we popped up from the tunnel, in the English countryside -

Grateful for a good book and an uncrowded carriage -
